Until recently I used logos 7 and was able to right click on an original word from Strongs and obtain a list of all the occurences of it in my preferred Bible version (KJV). This was useful as i could see what other English words the translators used. Now i have upgraded to logos 8 that doesn't seem to be an option, at least not by that method. Can anyone tell me how I can do that from logo 8 please?

I just used this feature this morning. I selected "lemma" rather than "strong's number". Right click on word, make sure "lemma tab" is selected, select search "Bible"; when Bible search opens I select the translation and range I wanted to search.

Search worked the same when I selected the "strong's tab" then searched "Bible"

Making Disciples! Logos Ecosystem = LogosMax on Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (Win11), Android app on tablet, FSB on iPhone & iPad mini, Proclaim (Proclaim Remote on Fire Tablet).

  • Logos also can search for root (grouping of related lemma's). For example, searching Bible for "vile" lemma in James 2:2 finds one result while searching for "vile" root finds four verses.
