Personal Letters

As I was doing some preparation this morning in L8, I was using the Topic Guide and noticed a new section, at least I had never seen it before entitled "Personal Letters". Does anyone know where this is pulling from, or how to fill it? I have never written any letters from L8, nor have I noticed any resources that include personal letters. Does this have something to do with tagging? Has this been there all along, and I never noticed it. Just curious.
