It would help if indicated the resolution of your monitor, Content Scaling % & Program Scaling % (in Program Settings), Windows/Mac. Does it repeat if you open Library as a panel in your layout?
How is Library being filtered? Does it matter if not filtered? How many resources?

Okay, here you go:
Resolution: 13,3" MacBook Pro, 1280x800Content Scaling: 100%Program Scaling: 100%Same problem when I open the Library as a new window and same problem, when I open it in a tab. Filters don't matter, 109 resources.
I recorded my screen and sent it to the Support - hope this helps.

Mine is the same, except for the display at 2560 x 1600.
