Note icon duplication... possible bug?

Hello all..

My name is Chris and I've not posted here before...

I've done a few searches but don't seem to be able to find a solution to the following...

I've made likely thousands of notes throughout my Logos Bible and I love them :-)

This morning though I've notice that on Revelation chapters 12 and 13, that any note I make on a specific verse, also gives me an additional icon up at the top of the chapter (preceding the chapter number)...

I'm using Logos 8 on a PC... 

Though the anchor points are being tied to the specific verse not the version, I can, by switching versions from the KJV to the LEB, appear to fixed these duplications?

I have tried deleting notes, closing all note tabs, closing the program, reopening Logos and adding a new note on a fresh verse but to no avail :-/ ... 

Is there something else I could try?

Again, there are notes throughout my KJV on hundreds of chapters but I've only notice this specific problem so far exclusively on Revelation chapters 12 and 13...
