Errors in Lexham Hebrew Bible (LHB)

There are words that have a homograph number, however they do not have a homograph. For example אָבִי אבק אבר אגר אַל אנשׁ

I know this because I exported a list of words to excel and am trying to unify homographs to make an anki deck.

Can anyone tell me why this is?

As far as I understand what you're asking, I think the issue has to do with the way our data is structured. Lexicons and other resources suggest homographs, but unless a particular word actually occurs within one of our tagged texts, it will not be searchable.

Are there instances where one of these homographs occurs within a bible text that doesn't show up?

I get it. Those words have different meanings, but particularly in LHB only one is used. Since the meaning of a word is a criterion with a quota of subjectivity, I think it would be good if users could see the other meanings. Either way, thanks a lot for the help.

I have been looking carefully at the excel and I find other errors:

1) There are homographs that mean the same thing, which is a contradiction in itself. For example,
הֲבָה 1 means amor (love in Spanish)
ַהֲבָה 2 means amor (love in Spanish)

It happens with other words like Adar, Adramelec, aloes, on, Elón, to name a few.

2) There are glosses that are not even translated (like "on", mentioned in the previous list).

3) I not only see errors in the "word list" document type, but also in the word study meanings pie chart. For example, a word that is exactly the same is divided into two (see "amor" again).

In the list of words there are several things going on. (אבק) is listed as sense 2 probably because it is the second sense listed in HALOT, but sense 1 doesn't occur in the biblical text so we don't have one, which is confusing.

This is also the case for (אבר) the first sense listed in HALOT doesn’t occur in a biblical text, but the second does.

The next word on your list is fine. It is a proper noun so the gloss is the same for the person and the place even though they are 2 separate words. (אַדָּר)

This is the same for the nouns (אַדְרַמֶּ֫לֶךְ) there are 2 separate entities with the same name

The problem with (אַהֲבָה) is that there are again 2 sense listed in HALOT where sense 2 could occur, but usually doesn't. There are a few instances in the Minor Prophets where the 2nd lemma 'leather' could occur, but most translations prefer lemma 1.

Thanks for your time Jimmy. Your answer is illuminating. I want to say three things:

The Biblical Word Study Guide (from original languages) separates the homographs into different entries. I don't think this is for the best. If I enter the word אַדְרַמֶּ֫לֶךְ, אַדָּר or אַהֲבָה, I want to know all the times it appears and how it is used, not just a meaning of them.
As you may have noticed, the second meaning of the word אַהֲבָה does not say "leather" neither in the pie chart nor in the word list, but it repeats "love" (amor) both times. This clearly seems like a mistake.
I take this opportunity to promote this suggestion. Especially points 2 and 3 are essential to be able to make a deck of study cards like anki, since the issue of homographs and the semantic senses of a word are a headache.
