These resources

Rusch, William G., ed. The Trinitarian Controversy. Translated by William G. Rusch. Sources of Early Christian Thought. Philadelphia: Fortress Press, 1980.

Edgar, William, and K. Scott Oliphint, eds. Christian Apologetics Past and Present: A Primary Source Reader, to 1500. Vol. 1. Wheaton, IL: Crossway, 2009.

are collections of patristic documents. Unfortunately, they lack milestones.

Yes, these are anthologies which should have milestones not a catena which I would not expect to have milestones.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

While we are at it, the two volumes from SPCK by James Stevenson, namely A New Eusebius and Creeds, Councils and Controversies are also missing any destination milestones.
