R. Kent Hughes' Preaching the Word Commentary Series question

I was looking at my R. Kent Hughes Preaching the Word Commentaries and noticed that the volume on Acts was not showing up.
My question is: What collection or base product did it come in? (I have the Platinum and I do not see these listed. I have not purchased these as a stand alone collection in my account summary from Logos.com. So I believe that they must have been packaged in with one of my upgrades or in the Library Builder specials at Christmas time a few years ago.)
My second question is: Why would I have 16 of these 19 resources without having the volume on Acts, the volume on Colossians & Philemon, and the volume on Ephesians?
Support is closed for the weekend and I would like to know how to proceed on Monday morning to find out If I should have the licenses for these three missing volumes.
Thanks in advance to those who are in the know about these things.

This thread discusses the exact same problem, except that user is also missing the volume on Romans.

Interesting.

Richard,
I think I have found the problem (or really the reason for the questions by anyone who bought the Library Builder Combo 4-6 Christmas Special). Only 15 of these books were included. See the link below from an older blog post:
I briefly scanned these titles and counted only 15 of the Preaching the Word by R. Kent Hughes listed.
I guess I have to purchase the others individually.
Thanks again Richard.

As I mentioned in the other thread, you might want to call Sales. I purchased the 4 volumes for slightly less than the price of 3.

Don,
Checked both L3 and L4 by searching for resources with title "preaching the word" to see if they were there even if not authored by R. Kent Hughes. Did not have the ones that this post is about. Please read results of investigation from L3 that I wrote earlier. 15 of this series were in the Library Builder Combo 4-7 in 2007; not all 19 volumes of the series.
