Faithlife Link on Faithlife Sites Church's Website takes me to wrong Faithlife Group

The Faithlife Link [with the little green leaf by it that says "Follow Us"] on our church's website which is hosted by Faithlife Sites takes everyone to the wrong church.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Our real church Faithlife is:

https://faithlife.com/pleasant-grove-united-methodist-church/activity
