Request for consideration: Passage list BIble reference to note

Ability to send a bible reference in a passage list directly to a note file - creating a verse note in the note file.

Maybe by right clicking on the reference in the passage list and seeing the Add a note to "[note file name]" in the bottom right of the drop down menu. Or the same command Add a note to "[note file name]" in the left portion under the Add to passage list "[passage list name]".

Currently you can drag a verse from a passage list over to a note. I will submit a request for a context menu option to be considered.

Just to make it clear what I am seeking to do...

I have tried the drag and drop method but I cannot get it to do what I am seeking to do.

When I use your method, the result is the hyperlinked verse reference as text inside the note text, but it does not create a specific annotation associated with the verse. What you suggest is a great thing but what I am seeking to do is to be able to create, with more simplicity(fewer clicks and keystrokes), an annotation note associated with a verse reference. (Where the note shows as a graphic and pop-up in the bible text at that reference) a verse-note.
