Searching Hebrew Accents in Logos 8.12

Much has changed in logos over the years, I have downloaded the Hebrew Unicode sheet, but I cannot use it to search for accents. All results with the former methods that I have tried returned blank.
Can someone tell me how to search the accents in the version listed above?
