Where's the author?

There are product pages that do not show the author on top (at least for me, using Chrome browser on Windows 10), such as:

https://www.logos.com/product/163772/we-believe-in-one-holy-catholic-and-apostolic-church :

 

and 

https://www.logos.com/product/176163/reading-romans-with-eastern-eyes-honor-and-shame-in-pauls-message-and-mission 

and more - but not all product pages. Please fix!
