I books that are non commentary in nature. Yet, their tables of contents list their contents with specific Scripture references. When I do a Passage Guide search, how can get it to call up the verses listed in those other books as well?

if you have the books in collections, you can have a section or more of those in the passage guide.

One great way to have (many of) them listed in the commentary part of the PG, is to use a Personal Book called Index of Logos Bible Studies by forum user Richard Wilson, see https://community.logos.com/forums/p/65323/1091868.aspx#1091868
