Biblical theology feature in passage guide

I'm not seeing any resources show up in this part of the passage guide, other than the introductory video. I believe this feature is included in the Logos 8 Starter Complete Upgrade and Logos 8 Starter Feature Upgrade, which I have. 

Anyone else experience this?
