Book promising 48 sermons only has 16

Both the title page and cover art of this book by Hugh Binning say there are 48 sermons in it - but there are only 16. What's going on?

I suspect there should be more than one volume of sermons. Here's the book:

It ends, after 16 sermons, with the words "END OF VOLUME FIRST".

Here's the text of the book that has 40 sermons.

Still 8 of them missing.

I suspect they mistakenly picked the wrong titile from a multi volume work and only produced the first volume.

This book is also available in the Logos Collection "Library of Early English History" group of books. unfortunately it only goes up to 40 sermons, but the book description says it only has 40, so go figure.

The pages numbers start at 255 which implies this is part of a longer book. It claims to cover the entire 8th chapter but actually goes only to verse 5.

My guess would be that this was extracted from a "Collected works" and someone failed to notice that this work continued into the following volume.

Looks like those who had bought the book have now been given the full 3-volume Works of Binning (as of July 2020). That's great - thanks!

However Binning's works are still open for bids on Community Pricing - surely it should now just be available to buy for those who want it?
