Bug: 2/4 Courses Missing?

I went ahead and picked up all four of the Wright courses on the April Free Book of the Month page, (Thank You, Faithlife) but, strangely, only the "Faith Working Through Love," and "The Lord's Prayer" appear in search results for "Wright" on both the Apple TV and the faithlifetv.com platforms. "Paul and HIs Letter to the Philippians" and "The Acts of the Apostles" are missing.

Alternatively, a title search for "Acts of the Apostles" will turn up the 3-minute introduction video for the Course. Same on both platforms, and the audio and video are badly out of sync on both platforms as well.

A title search for "Paul and his letter" results in nothing on either platform.

All four courses appear in my Logos library on my computer.

What is likely the problem, and how can I access the missing two courses via Faithlife TV?

Brad, thanks for your patience as we sort this out.

(1) The Philippians and the Acts course should now return properly in your search results and all of the video segments should be accessible for you as well on both the platforms you mentioned above.

(2) I apologize for audio/video synchronization issue with the Acts course. We believe that the issue is just confined to the introduction video and we are working to resolve that.

Thank you very much, Ben. Here is my experience, as of tonight:

1) The Philippians and Acts courses will both turn up in search results if I search by title.

2) If I search for "Wright," The Acts course does not come up in the results. The Philippians course and the other Wright courses do appear, however.

Both points above are consistent for both the Faithlife TV app on the Apple TV and faithlifetv.com

3) I'm getting sync issues in both the Philippians and the Acts courses. And in segments in addition to the introduction. In case it helps the bug research, the sync problems do appear to be more pronounced on my Apple TV app than on faithlifetv.com.
