Created a reading plan with the Bible and when I started it, I cannot get it to link with Bible. Is there a way around this? See Video

Your video suggests you are looking at a portion of a Bible from within a Course not a Reading Plan.
Is that correct?
The course came as a result of generating a custom reading plan using AV 1873.

Can you show a screenshot of the reading plan definition - I don’t understand how it can generate a course
Don't know why it did a course. Just tried it from the Docs menu and it works. I selected something that I should not when generating the plan the firs time. But it works. Thanks for your help as always Graham.
