You can use the print/export feature to export to a Word docx format which can then be opened and edited in Pages. But there is not a direct export to a .pages file. You can even make Pages the default program for opening docx files by going to the finder and right clicking on a docx file and selecting Get Info and go to the Open With: field and choose Pages as the program that opens docx files.
