Is there a way to link set notes in Bible to a link set in a Bible?

I have been making a note for each chapter in my ESV Bible. Is there a way to link set the notes to a link set in my ESV? So when I go to Romans 3 in my ESV, my notes for that chapter automatically come up in my notes window.

The short answer is no. The note indicators (if you have chosen to insert indicators) that appear in the verse or passage serve as the link to the corresponding notes.
