My Faithlife Connect Yearly Subscription is ending tomorrow. I realized I never got 2% reward coupon. When do I get it. Did I missed it?

My coupon also just arrived. I had completely forgotten that they arrive in February. Just a few days ago, I made use of the Expansion Sale and the Publisher Sale for which I would have loved to use my coupon. Do you know if it is possible to return these purchases and use the coupon when re-purchasing them?

Unfortunately, as I am currently overseas with poor internet connection, calling does not work.
So I emailed CS and they are trying to cancel the orders. However, other orders are dynamically linked. So they have to cancel other orders as well. So far, it looks like some orders are canceled, other orders that they said would also need to be canceled, are not canceled. And some resources on orders who were canceled have now a different price than when I initially bought them even though the resources are still on sale.
I fear this will get really messy. I will wait a few days as I have not yet been officially notified that all orders have been canceled. I kept a record of the number of resources that I had before all this started and will compare how much the repurchase of the same resources costs me. Let's hope it is the same price, given that all the resources are still on sale.
