SUGGESTION: Document the pre-set layouts

It would save considerable time for the user if the contents of the pre-defined layouts were documented. It would tell us if we simply need to change priorities to get the desired resources; if the tool options are defaults, saved within the layout, or simply last used; if the top 5 Bible are top all or top containing passage; if we need to overlay the default with a custom layout.
