Help with searching for Hebrew Phrases

How does one go about searching for all occurrences of an entire phrase (not just a single word) in the original Hebrew? Specifically, I'm trying to search for every time the term "אִישׁ" occurs with the definite article preceding and modifying it. Thanks in advance!

Hebrew word formation includes article / preposition being prefixed to word being modified. Hence one search is:
<Lemma = lbs/he/הַ> BEFORE 1 CHAR <Root = lbs/he/אִישׁ>
