New Note - change the default to REFERENCE

Would anyone else appreciate the default setting on a new note changed to REFERENCE instead of SELECTION? The current default is a waste of time for me as every note I use I want to use across translations. This change would help for both the CPU version and iOS version.

    This would not be helpful to me but it wouldn't be so great a nuisance for me to complain.

    The way it is setup with the active reference, it better suits a default of REFERENCE. I don't find the whole verse (or range) being useful for a Selection, but I'm not an avid note taker!
