Marking quotes from Old Testaments
Hello,
I have a question. Can I find all quotation from the old in the new testament and mark them. I like to mark als qutoes in orange letters. Can I mark all of them automatically?

If you have the New Testament Use of the Old Testament Interactive (I think available in Bronze packages and higher) you can create a Visual Filter that does an Intertext search on the whole of the Old Testament and highlights the results in Orange as below

How did you get the Bible to display in three columns? I can only get this in Reading View which is not docked.

The problem is, that the whole vers will be marked and not only the quote from AT.

Fair point - but I believe that is how the text is tagged. If so, then I'm not sure we have many other options.
Others may have other suggestions.

General rule of thumb ... because verse mapping is at the verse level (this is the feature that takes you to the right chapter & verse even though it changes between translations) Logos does not support partial verses anywhere. You have word level, clause level, verse level, ...
