How do I capture (or build) the URL for a timeline event?

For Tools > Timeline, you can only save a date range, not an event.
For Type:Timeline resources, you can only save the resource URL.

That's what I thought but this link works complete with the circle bringing your attention to the specific entry:

Faithlife could offer that on the right-click menu for an Event (in the Tool).

Hyperlinks within the software aren't implemented using URLs (but through a private system).
