Logos 8.13.0.0008 Windows Desktop Version Crashes on hyperlink

Would like to report a consistent crash in Logos 8.13.0.0008 Windows Desktop.

Steps to create crash:

1. Open notebook.
2. Create a new note
3. Highlight text from LXX English: Psalm 67:18
4. Right click on text
5. Select Label: Figure of Speech description change of noun, name: Metonymy....
6. Select option "Copy reference:" URL
7. Paste URL in note
8. Clink on hyperlink

It is reproducible:

1. Create a New Note in Notes tool
2. Open LES 2nd Edition to Ps 67.18
3. Right click a word
4. Select any Label: Figure of Speech
5. Select "Copy Reference:" URL
6. Paste URL in the Note
7. Click on hyperlink
