I'm having trouble with my hotspot. So, I can't do justice to this quality suggestion. I'll have to keep it simple. The series is thoughtfully executed with a quality set of authors. Is great for exegesis and learning Greek grammar. I took the time to watch the video on the Ephesians resource and also took a Look Inside and was quite impressed. Please take the time to put this up on the Book Suggestion page as you have my 3 votes and I will help promote this useful series.

Unfortunately I don't use that system. I have so many suggestions that my votes would have been used up ages ago.

Lee,
the uservoice system for Logos has different instances with settings:
- The program functionality instance gives ten votes (3 max per suggestion) exactly to force users to prioritize so Logos developers can gauge the development effort against user needs.
- The book suggestion instance gives every user a thousand votes and does not deduct votes spent, so you can support an unlimited number of book suggestions.

Thanks for clarifying. I still wouldn't use it though. The suggestion is a good one, it is what it is, I'll let Logos consider its merits.

Is this really a live series? E.g. "Translating James Clause By Clause" is listed as forthcoming in 2017, but it is not available. Same for 1 Timothy. And those were listed as "available now" - the others to be produced in 2018 and following are not to be found anywhere, either.
And do you know why they choose to call this "eBooks for translating" and then only offer them as Paperbacks?
Noting that 30+ USD for 150 pages sounds rather expensive, it looks a bit like they wanted to cash in from those eager to pay more (e.g. translators of exactly those books, students desperate for all help they can get for an assignment, seminary libraries) and then in a second wave make it available to the masses - but the project never made it through to wave two?
It also seems that the content of the stuff available got a little bit repackaged, more developed and then ended up in the Kregel series "The Big Greek Idea: XXX - An exegetical guide for preaching and teaching" (three times the size, much cheaper price, missing in Logos, too) - but maybe it was the other way around and the eBooks are a spin-off from preparatory work for the Kregel series?

Like you, I'd love to see lower prices.
Perhaps the series will be priced and packaged differently if Logos editions are made? The exercises and tips are great for learners, exegetes and translators alike. Logos has a relationship with Dr. Bateman. They could look into it.

How on earth did you find the Kregel entry for these? Did you search on the author? I prefer the Translating Clause by Clause XXX (TCC) editions. I would only supplement the series with Kregel editions for books not offered in the TCC editions, which as it appears there are none so far. In any case, I hope Logos offers both.

They are the same series. As was pointed out earlier Kregel Big Greek Idea Series is the rebrand. If you look at the three volumes Kregel has, they have the same author as the other series.
Great resource to have in dead tree format. I have used the 1-3 John earlier and now am using the Philippians volume as I work through that book.

Kregel catalogue is limited. Ken, I gather from having benefited from 1-3Jn you are moved to purchase Pp. But, how satisfied are you with the series and has it moved the needle of understanding the Greek significantly, meeting your approval?

I am very satisfied with the Kregel series. Even have the Ephesians volume. I would go with the Kregel series and skip the other one, because of price.
They have helped me trace and follow the argument clause by clause.
