BUG: Keeps signing me out

This issue has been going on for awhile.

My FaithlifeTV on AppleTV 4k keeps signing me off everytime I don't use it. It keeps asking me to authorize every other time I wanted to use the app. It's becoming super annoying to have to do it every single time. Please fix this. Thanks

I am sorry to hear you are facing this issue. I also have an Apple TV 4k and haven't been seeing this issue. A few things come to mind that could cause this. Could you confirm the date and time are set correctly on the device? You can find that setting in Settings -> General -> Date and Time.

Yes, I checked the date & time and it has been set automatically (ON), and I didn't have to change anything since it was already ON. However the issue still remain.
