Home Page for new user

I just started up Libronix and was looking over the devotions on the home page. I wouldn't miss it, but I like looking at it when it starts up.

I was reminded of the first time I started up L4 and saw the home page. It looked like a Logos Advertising spread. I would suggest that Logos think of something to put on the homepage for new users (still no resources to display) that isn't advertisingish. It can give a bad first impression.

Also, I have found the American Minute interesting at times, but it may not be desired by non-Americans (or Americans for that matter). There should be a way to choose your Home Page items.

Action Points:

1. Make sure the first time someone starts Libronix the Homepage doesn't look like an advertisement

2. Make the Home Page items customizable, or put Bible based devotinos rather than "American Minute" (Though I may leave it there myself, I am sure there are others who wouldn't want it.)

It should be displaying whatever devotional books you have, though we're still tweaking the ranking and priority of these, among other Home Page features. We aren't choosing any particular book for display; it's based on your library. (You should even be able to manually priortize a different devotional now.)
