Angering the Moderation gods

Expound on the various occasions under which a post may be flagged by the spam protection measures. Or would revealing this information embolden spammers?

Edit:I have a post to Psalm 110 most quoted/alluded to? that is in purgatory for a transgression.

The guidelines are available publicly. What makes you think you are in purgatory? If you are, wave to me. More seriously, if posting is blocked it is usually an issue of links - too many or potentially dangerous.

Thank you for your explanation and humility. We have not been bothered by spammers for quite some time for this I and I'm sure others are Thankful. So, if the result is that some of our posts will receive the same treatment mine has been subject to then so be it.
