Very much so. 16, 700 resources indexed in 1hour and 20 minutes. 37.7 GB took about five hours. I also have a lot of notes, collections, Layouts etc..

About to pull the trigger on my R9 3950x any minute. Wanted to get it when it came out, but usual low/no availability. Then Corona hit just when I was about to make a move. Still stressing over a x570 mobo. Have 3 on my radar, but they each have shortcomings (typical). ASRock Creator has Thunderbolt 3 ports (good) but only 2 M.2 slots and lacks speed of MSI Godlike, which is fastest and has 3 (up to 5) M.2 slots but has limited I/O (no Thunderbolt). Both of these have chipset fans, whereas the Gigabyte Aorus Extreme is passively cooled and has best VRM design, but isn't quite as fast (despite VRM) as Godlike. Price and Tech Support align (lowest + best respectively) as ASRock ($ / TS ✓✓✓); MSI ($$ / TS ✓✓); Gigabyte ($$$ / TS ✓).
Six months since I first started weighing these and still can't make a decision. [*-)] I was strong on the Aorus Extreme but price and TS have soured me. Pretty much stuck on the ASRock & the MSI...TB3 & more/better I/O vs. Speed & M.2 slots. Aaagh...want it all--not an option.ASUS ProArt x570s Creator, AMD R9 5950x, HyperX 64gb 3600 RAM, ASUS Strix RTX 2080 ti

If that minute hasn't arrived yet, you may want to consider the Ryzen 4000 series CPU. watch this reviewer gush over it: HERE.
