Just upgraded from Logos 8.11 in Win 7-32 to 8.13 in Win 10-64. Resource background colour "Paper" which used to be a pale brown now shows as PINK! Something wrong with Win 10, Logos, my PC or my eyes?
What is your Resource Panel Background Setting? Tools-->Program Settings-->Accessibility--> Resource Panel Background.

The Win10-64 is a laptop and it it may be a laptop screen issue. I have connected my laptop to my desktop monitor and the colour is the pale brown I expected. I will keep experimenting.
