Canvas Perpetual Loading

Whenever I use Canvas and try to expand any of the left-hand menu sections (e.g. Basics, Lines and Arrows, Hand Drawn etc.) all I get it a never-lending loading gif.

Any suggestions?

    Sorry, Simon, I am not able to duplicate this.  Would it be possible to post a screen cast of this behavior?  You could save it to Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, or some similar service and provide us with a link.
