Bug: Missing scroll bar in resource view on Windows after toggling columns on then off

Repro steps:

  1. Open a resource
  2. Switch to Column Layout (Ctrl-Shift-P)
  3. Switch back to scrolling view (Ctrl-Shift-P)

Scroll bar remains hidden until the resource view is moved, resized or reopened.

Windows 10, Logos 8.13.0.0008
