Where is the "Works Cited" option in the Concordance? Concordance Tool not working for JETS

I'm trying to retrieve the Bibliography of a JETS 34:1 (March, 1991) article.  I'm SUPPOSED TO be able to to select "Works Cited" as on of the options, which will then provide a Bibliography.

ALL I GET is "Word" and "Reference." What am I missing?

Edit: Tried a different resource and I do see the option.  So I guess this is a bug report?
