I bought the resource An Introduction to Biblical Hebrew Syntax by Bruce K. Waltke; Michael Patrick O’Connor as well as Comments on Waltke and O'Connor, An Introduction to Biblical Hebrew Syntax by William D. Barrick hoping that I could link these two resources like a bible and its commentary but there either is no linkset or I am doing something wrong.
There is no lindsey because the two resources have different indexes. While Waltke & O'Connor is extensively indexed, Barrick is only indexed by page.
Here are the W&O indices. Did I just spell that word two different ways, both correct? [:$]
While Waltke & O'Connor is extensively indexed, Barrick is only indexed by page.
Which is a shame. W&O has been given a datatype/an index for this book (which would be required to link another book against it, and in many cases is lacking - all the other indexes are not relevant for this thread), so Barrick as being a commentary on this book should definitely be tagged with the same index. Then one could put both into a linkset and have them scroll along.
This is a resource bug.
I agree! @LogosSupport can you have a look at it?
You can make a new thread, prefixed with “Attn Kyle:” and ask him to take a look at it.
