Back button Android

After opening a new tab on an Android device, the back button closes the app, while my intuition says that it should go to the previous screen.

Example - I gave the NRSV open and I want to do a word study, which opens a new tab, after reading some I want to continue going to the NRSV so I press the back button - the app closes and I have to completely restart the app and go through the opening screen.

I agree with you - it does seem strange behaviour.

Are you ok you can swipe left / right to switch to others tabs?
