Duplicate(?) Guide Name

Just curious.

I created a custom Guide named my Inductive Bible Study Guide.

Logos save the Guide as my Inductive Bible Study Guide (2)

I'm assuming that (2) indicates a second Guide with the same name.

I checked all my docs at https://documents.logos.com/. No duplicates.

I tried several different names, always the (2) was appended.

What is the (2) indicating?

Hi Jon,

I am not positive on this, but including "my" in the front of a guide used to make it a default guide. They removed that with Logos 8, but perhaps there is still something that is designating as competing with your default passage guide or other guides that start with "my". I suggest you remove the "my" from naming your guides.

Others may be able to provide a better answer, since mine is speculative, but worth a try.
