KYLE: Part of a book is missing

Resource: Holden, George. An Attempt towards an Improved Translation of the Proverbs of Solomon, from the Original Hebrew, with Notes, Critical and Explanatory, and a Preliminary Dissertation. London; Liverpool: Longman, Hurst, Rees, Orme, and Brown; W. Robinson and Sons; T. Kaye, 1819.

In the Google version of this resource, the Preliminary Dissertation is the first element of the book. I can't find the Preliminary Dissertation in my library - only the translation and the notes i.e. the resource comes in two parts but no third part for the dissertation.

    Wow! Thank you. In our source material it simply doesn't exist--like someone removed it.
