Logos Notes Tool Assistance

I was exploring Notes tool and noticed that though I did not highlight any text in book of Joel (ESV) yet Logos shows 5 highlighted texts in Joel 2:30. Screen attached. I am unable to understand the reason for it. I also noted that for 2 highlighted texts in book of 2 Cor, Logos shows me 5 texts in highlighted section. Can anybody explain the same? Thanks.

Are you running any of the Logos workflows on that verse / passage?

These can create notes (and possibly highlights)

No, I did not run any workflow. But I experimented and noticed that whenever I highlight any verse in a Bible, the same is updated in the Notes. Then, when I undo highlight on the verse, the entry remains in Notes. So, next time I highlight the same again, two entries in Notes are visible - one highlighted and other un-highlighted.

So, every time I highlight and erase the highlight a verse, the entry of the same in Notes keeps increasing. But should this be expected?
