Multiple note icons created when an anchor spans chapter boundaries

This is with Logos 8.13 on Mac

I've just created a note that spans chapter boundaries and I was surprised to see a duplicated note icon appear at the beginning of the second chapter. I don't remember seeing this before - is this expected behaviour?
