I was invited to the Flash sale yesterday with the an email that read . . ..

All Mobile Ed Courses - $99.99 each*

We want to extend to you the craziest deal ever on individual Mobile Ed courses. Today only, our sales team is offering all Mobile Ed Courses for $99.99 each.*

Just call (888) 707-2359 or email sales@logos.com from 6am-6pm PST today and we will set you up. *Limit of 5 per customer. Individual courses only. Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Sadly the message was potentially a little misleading. It was NOT offering ALL individual mobile courses on their own. It was NOT offering any mobile courses that were only available as part of a package unless you bought all of the courses in that package. How many come into that category I have no idea.

I have bought a number of courses over the past few years and thought it was about time that I bought a course by one of my own denominational professors, Jon Paulien, namely BI290 A Biblical Theology of End Times.

It was only sold as part of a bundle but I did not want to buy both of the courses in the bundle as that would have cost me $199.98.

I queried this from  sales and received a very courteous answer from Todd Cullop stating that the course is only for sale as part of the package hence I would have to buy both courses at a cost of $199.98. It is a little ironic that what appear to be the only two courses relating to my denomination are only purchasable together.

Clearly if the presenter of the courses wishes them to only to be sold as a package, the policy is reasonable.

However, assuming that Jon would be happy with the course being sold singly, does anyone have suggestions  who I can contact to see if this policy can be changed?
