Dull colors in Atlas tool

I recently saw another Logos user using the Atlas tool and noticed that the colors on his maps were far brighter than mine. I wrote to Logos support, and they simply said that they can confirm the colors on my screen are duller than they should be but it's a computer issue, not a Logos issue.

I'm using a MacBook Pro from 2017 with MacOS Catalina 10.15.5. Does anyone know what I need to adjust to have brighter colors in the Atlas tool? I don't have this issue anywhere else within Logos or any other app on my computer.

This is my image from Windows, perhaps someone else using similar spec to Ryan can post an image.

Screenshot is good but you can also right click on the map and choose save as and then upload it using the paper clip icon in the forum albeit without the key. Ryan it might be interesting for you to see if right click saving makes a difference also to your image.

Right clicking on the map didn't make a difference. Here is a screenshot from another user that shows how much brighter the colors are.

If I were guessing, I suspect the other user's video settings, just looking at the map controls, apart from the map colors.

Maybe you can ask them what screenshot software they have installed, perhaps it is one that automatically processes images to increase vibrancy.

The user you saw using Logos may just of had their monitor or graphics setttings set to super vibrant. If it is the same user and their screen and screenshots both look that vibrant, maybe they have a custom color profile or something installed that modified everything (if that is what those profiles actual do...I don't know, am not a designer)

Personally I think that last image looks horrible, but as I say, I am not a designer [:)]
