lists of verses: best tool?

I want to gather lists of verses: benedictions, verses for people who are sick, verses about fatherhood, verses on other topics, too. What's the best way to do this? Clippings? Passage lists? Notes folder? And if Passage Lists, how can I add / create one in the app? I read often on a device, so that is my primary platform. Has anyone else done this?

    I'd think 'Notes':

    - You'll likely want to group them, maybe notebooks. Highlighting as easiest method.

    - Notes easily move across the platforms, when later, you may need

    - Notes can apply to verses, as well as monographs and devotionals, if you wish

    - Clipboard is largely a hand sort (move clippings up or down) and no grouping. Clipboard also crashes with non-standard text copies (interlineears, etc)

    - The mobile doesn't yet support passage lists as a filter. But they're self limiting to verses.

Another Notes option for grouping is tags. You can use more than one tag if a verse covers multiple topics.

This is a bit more flexible than using Notebooks for grouping, as a note/highlight can only be in one Notebook, at most.

Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

Thanks everyone for your helpful suggestions. I may use notebooks AND tags! Hopefully Passage Lists will make the transition into the app before too long as well!
