Well that led to an interesting rabbit trail of research with not many answers. The metadata for this collection was auto generated and they used Philo-Caledon.
My hunch is that Philo-Caledon and Philo-Caledonius are the same person (probably an alias of Andrew Fletcher) but since the book is signed Philo-Caledonius we should use it and have made the change.
