Getting the point...and Counterpoint: Discourse Search
What if I wanted a search to somehow return sets from Proverbs such as:
- Point & Counterpoint <LDHB = Counter Point (Clause)> <LDHB = Point (Clause)> Works pretty well
- Reference & Target Don't know yet...
- Main Verb & Elaboration <LDHB = Sentence> AND {Section <PropositionalOutline = Elaboration>} offers strange but interesting results
- List of Points or Subpoints Don't know yet...
How?
I almost deleted this question because I found a simple answer, but realize someone else might like to know.
With Visual Filter Discourse features turned on, do this search in Proverbs for visually interesting results:
<LDHB = Counter Point (Clause)> <LDHB = Point (Clause)>

GaoLu, can this be brought over to the NT as well? I can see this as a great way to find "you have heard it said, BUT I tell you..." passages.

<LDGNT = Counter Point (Clause)> <LDGNT = Point (Clause)>
<LDGNT = Counter Point (Paragraph)> BEFORE 3 WORDS <LDGNT = Point (Paragraph)>

Thank you KS4J. I must have had one of those "DUH" moments because I could not remember the name of the Lexham Discourse Greek NT. [:$]
