Note Window Refresh Problem

Is anyone else seeing a problem where the notes window fails to refresh? I like to work with my notes open in a floating window and I'll often have multiple tabs open for my various notebooks. Over time the notes window fails to refresh leaving a blank screen like the screen shot below. I can click to another tab and back and it remains blank, but if I resize the notes window it forces a refresh and I can see my notes again for short while. I think this behavior started in version 8.14.0.0010.
