Visible clock on Fire HD 8 10th Gen
I recently had to upgrade my kindle fire because sermons would no longer sync on my old one.
I use my tablet for notes during my sermon and my previous fire always had the clock displayed which helps me keep track of time.
With my new device I have been unable to find a way to keep the clock up while reading in the Logos app. There is a setting to enable the clock while reading in the kindle app but I have not found any such feature in the Logos app.
Thank you for your help.

Agreed, I miss this small detail

In Preaching Mode - available in Logos 9 - there should be a timer displayed at the top of the screen.
Are you not seeing this?

No I can see the timer just fine. I am talking about the normal clock that used to appear on the same gray bar as the battery indicator. If you bump into that box or even enter the view settings it will show up and stay there but as soon as you go back to your book or whatever you were looking at it fades away. This is on a brand new kindle fire hd 10. Other tablets might not do this

Preaching mode solved this on my tablet. I can see the clock and start a timer if I wish. The clock is sufficient for my needs though.
