BUG? Note anchored to lemma doesn't show up in resources

I am able to create a note and anchor it to a lemma. But the note indicator isn't displayed in any resource.

However, I remember this was the case in the past.

Is this a bug?

It used to work in Logos 7 but the last I heard it wasn't working in the Logos 8 Notes environment as per https://community.logos.com/forums/t/185249.aspx

I don't remember it ever working, but if Graham says that it worked in L7, then it must have been there.
