Copying and pasting modifications -- custom or abbreviated citation style

This would be a huge time saver for me. I'd like for citation info to be included when I copy and paste from a Logos resource. But I'd like to be able to modify the citation style to be always abbreviated something (like just author's last name, last name and page number, or last name, shortened title, and page number -- something like).
Does anyone know if this is possible? All I see right now is the ability to choose a different citation style, but not a custom style, or modify it, or select "always use abbreviated citation style," or something like that.

It could be beneficial to include the possibility of accepting a CSL file (of which you can find the official repository on Github).
