Customer ID

Good morning. My computer crashed, and I had to get a new hard drive. But when I try to reinstall LOGOS, its asking for a customer id and code. I am thinking the code is the serial number(which I do have), but cannot find the customer id. I even tried looking in my order history. Can anyone please help.

Try the email address associated with your Faithlife account and the password for it.

No - you should not lose anything.

Some things will work differently but you won’t lose access to your resources

I appreciate everyone replies. I just downloaded Logos 8 basic, but where do I find the logos 4 serial number.

I got my logos 3 serial number, but I have no idea where to find my logos 4 number

Ernest, did you try Sinenomine's suggestion?

Chances are, when you got your Libronix, and entered the serial, you next set up an account with Logos (now, Faithlife). Logos uses that account (email address and password). Not old serial numbers.

So, in my case, I use Libronix (version 3) and Logos7, both using the same customer ID (email).
